Small Group Personal Training

Are you considering training together with work colleagues, friends or family? We are also happy to look after you in small group training! In a small group of 2-4 people, the participants motivate each other and the strong group dynamics additionally increase the fun factor. The motivation through the group feeling also ensures that everyone stays on the ball and participates in training. Of course, even with small group training, you as a group decide when and where the training should take place. With functional additional equipment, your personal trainer always makes the workouts varied.  All exercises are tailored to the individual participants by pro and regression. In this way, you will also be optimally supported in small group training. Feel free to ask us if you are interested in small group training, but you cannot motivate anyone to do so. We are happy to try to integrate you into an existing small group.
